Our stay at Edificio Plaza was amazing. The apartment was beautifully designed with thoughtful touches like a welcome hamper and stocked fridge. We loved having three terraces to enjoy the sunshine. The location was perfect, with the old town and beach within walking distance. Karen, our host, was lovely and provided excellent communication throughout our stay. We can't wait to come back here again. I highly recommend this apartment for a great stay in Marbella.

our second stay in marbella was even better than the first thanks to edificio plaza. the host karen was incredibly helpful, ensuring our comfort before we arrived. the apartment exceeded our expectations with its cleanliness, perfect location near the old town and beach, and thoughtful touches like a welcome hamper and stocked fridge.
Wifi signal was weak.

The view from the balcony was stunning, especially during sunset. We enjoyed sipping cocktails together while taking in the breathtaking scenery. , the bed was incredibly comfortable, providing us with a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring. As for the location, it was perfect for our romantic escape, being situated just a short walk from both the beach and the charming old town. We loved being able to stroll hand in hand along the coastline or wander the narrow streets and discover hidden gems.
The noise level was quite high during our stay, which was a bit disappointing as we were hoping for a more peaceful and intimate atmosphere. The walls were thin, allowing us to hear our neighbors' conversations and any noise from the street.
